The 2BShadowed Program is a 90-day intensive program that provides high risk students with an internship, mentorship, and shadowing opportunity where students observe business owners in a professional environment.
2BShadowed aims to provide an underserved community ages 15-25 with an opportunity to observe professionals performing their daily work routine in their respective environments. Mentees are expected to be highly motivated to explore various careers of interest.
The 2BeShadowed program will provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling. It is our vision that this program goes beyond the 90 day-program and Lifelong Relationships between Mentors, Mentee, & The Revolving Door family are formed.
